
There are several methods to improve productivity. Many can attest that procrastinators do exist and they can be annoying. Well it can happen to anyone especially if you feel lazy. Breaking the bad habit becomes difficult as they continue delaying their tasks. Tasks pile up until it becomes a backlog of chores. It shows how irresponsible a person can be every time he or she procrastinates. Postponing too frequently can cause you trouble especially if you tend to do it in your workplace. It is a subject for termination if things get worse. Don’t let this bad habit take control of your career and ruin your life. You have to improve productivity to avoid unpleasant consequences.

Much has been written about how to improve productivity, surefire ways to improve productivity and so on. Reading alone will not cure the disease. One should be willing and determined to put an end to this bad habit. To improve productivity, one should accept that there is a problem that must be addressed. Admitting that it is a problem will make progress much faster.
There are different types of procrastinators. You might be surprised that without knowing it, signs reveal that you are one of them. Instead of doing your task, do you often distract yourself by cleaning? Do you feel anxious and panic? Do you procrastinate by taking naps? A lot of things bother you and can’t prioritise anything? Keep on researching and end up with nothing? Munching snacks from time to time? Watching Netflix or movies? Assign your task or pass it to someone else? Play video or online games? Can’t stay away from social media? Creates a list but nothing is finished? Don’t feel motivated at all?
Were you able to identify if you practice one or several of the above mentioned procrastinator signs? It is never too late to be productive. You just have to believe in yourself that you can do it. Wake up early and set alarms if needed. Get up and do not reset the alarm for another five minutes. Start the day right by working out and eating breakfast. Make a list of what you have to do, check every task upon completion and proceed to the next until you are finished. You will feel good about yourself whenever you see your accomplishments. You deserve a little treat! Reward yourself after finishing a bunch of tasks. Treat yourself with a delicious meal or meet your friends and watch a movie after your accomplishments.
